*Spanish Site Administrator*

This is a newly created position in our London office!  The Spanish Site
Administrator will be responsible for coordination of the Lulu.com site in
Spanish.  Help us develop a fully functioning site and then work with other
Lulu staff to coordinate marketing and PR efforts for our users in Spain.  This
position will have a direct impact on accomplishing our goals as we continue
our international growth.

Responsibilities include:

·        Interact with translators, remote ops, and local staff

·        Work with the Engineering and User Interface teams to improve site

·        Interact with the community and develop functioning community for
Spanish users.  After community is developed, assume the role of General
Forum Administrator – Censor posts, prevent "flame wars" answer questions,
mediate discussions, organize posts, etc.

·        Formal Staff "Voice Of Lulu" for the Spanish population

Requirements:

·        Must be fluent in English and have native fluency in Spanish

·        Must have strong computer skills, bonus points for blogging/forum
experience

·        Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral

·        Must have strong project management skills
